Stemmen (Voices) consists of four separate elements scattered over a large area in the recreation area Spaarnwoude.
The individual elements are connected to one another by an underground pipe system. An element consists of one or more seats and a table on which a satellite dish element is mounted. In the center of this disc is a hole to which the tubing is attached, connecting the elements with each other. As a result, one can communicate over a long distance with each other.
