Reflecties (Reflections) is made for the elderly residents of the neighborhoods surrounding the Venkelsingel in the city of Hoogvliet. A part of Hoogvliet in transition.
Reflecties is designed as a meeting place on the water where the residents could meet, eat and do some fishing. A place where one can keep each other informed of significant changes affecting their familiar surroundings.
